Folpo is a a small family-run business that prides itself on offering only the best local seafood. They take classic recipes and change them to create fresh dishes full of flavour. Folpo consists of the Glavina family members who came up with the idea to spread the word about the Slovenian sea, fishermen, and the dishes our parents knew. The abbreviation FOLPO has another meaning, as ‘folpo’ is the dialect name for our musk octopus and the nickname of Boris, the father of the family.
