If you are looking for the most authentic local outing, take a walk down the Ljubljanica River towards the Prule neighborhood, where Prulček bar is located between the apartment blocks right next to the local store. It is a great venue featuring live music every night from Monday until Saturday. Jazz jams take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays are rocking with rock and blues jams, Fridays are devoted to harder rhythms, and Saturdays usually conclude with ethno music jam sessions. All concerts and events are admission free, but voluntary contributions are always welcome – they all go directly to the musicians.
